Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Atlas Air Boeing 747-8F N863GT (78012) by NG Models.
Atlas have been a major user of the 747 freighter and were the last customer for the final 747-8F type. This aircraft was the final 747 ever and is depicted here in bare metal with it’s green protective coating still in place. It was delivered to Atlas in February 2023 who passed it to Apex logistics. It remains with the company as of late 2024 although operated by Atlas, it is one of fifteen in the fleet. It carries the titles “Joe Sutter – forever incredible” to remember the leader of the 747 design team.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, NG Models and Aviation400.
