Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale Airbus Industries Airbus A350-1000 F-WMIL “QANTAS PROJECT SUNRISE” (XX20310A) by JC Wings
After 5 years of flirting with the idea, on Monday May 2nd, 2022, Qantas finally locked in an order for the Airbus A350-1000 to operate the “Project Sunrise” flights from the east coast of Australia to London and New York, non-stop. To celebrate the order, Airbus flew across one of their demonstrator aircraft, F-WMIL, and decked it out with Qantas decals for some marketing fun.
