Up for sale is a brand new 1:200 scale Lufthansa Boeing 747-100 “Nordrhein-Westfalen” D-ABYA (JF-747-1-006P) by J-Fox.
Easily identified by its three window upper deck this is an early -100 series 747. Delivered in March 1970 this aircraft was line number 12 and was the first for Lufthansa. It had a relatively short career with them, leaving the airline in November 1978 to join Braniff. It had a varied life after them ending it’s days with Tower Air. It was retired in 1999 and scrapped the following year.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to ARD, Inflight200, Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, JC Wings, and Aviation200.
Includes display stand.
