Up for sale is a brand new 1/200 AIR ZAIRE DOUGLAS DC-8-63 9Q-CLH “Ville de Kinshasa” (IF863QC1122P) by Inflight200
Air Zaire has operated five various DC-8’s during it’s lifetime. This aircraft was a freighter purchased in mid 1971, it was flying with Air Congo briefly before Air Zaire began using it as a freighter. It was passed to Connie Kallita in January 1990 and stayed with them for 10 years. It was finally scrapped in 2009 after service with Johnsons Air of Ghana.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation200.
Includes a display stand with a plaque personalised to the aircraft type and airline.
