Up for sale is a brand new 1/200 ROSSIYA Mil MI-8 RA-24299 (571227) by Herpa
Operated by the Russian State Transport Company this “Hip” is used by the special flight unit. In addition to the large jets used for international travel, the Russian government maintains a fleet of these helicopters to transport the Russian President and other high-ranking officials. Different from normal military transport versions, these have larger windows, VIP equipment and an additional staircase in the rear of the fuselage.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation200.
Includes a display stand.
