Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale SOUTHWEST AIRLINES BOEING 737 MAX 8 N8730Q (GJSWA2017) by GeminiJets.
Southwest is a major user of the 737 type so it was almost a certainty they would choose the latest generation MAX variant. This one was delivered straight into storage in December 2018 when the worldwide MAX fleet was grounded due to two fatal crashes involving the type. It has now entered service with the required FAA modifications that resulted from the enquiry into the crashes.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Aeroclassics, NG Model, JC Wings, Phoenix and Aviation400 models.
