Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Hang Khong Vietnam ILYUSHIN IL-18 VN-B196 (AC411100) by Aeroclassics.
Although now known by the name Vietnam Airlines this operator began life in North Vietnam and operated Soviet aircraft due to it’s close relationship with that regime. The Il-18 was one of several types that the airline operated until after the countries unification. This former Aeroflot aircraft joined the fleet in 1979 and was with then until 1991.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, NG Model, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation400.
