Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Air Canada Lockheed L-1011 Tristar-1 CF-TNC (AC411131) by Aeroclassics.
Air Canada flew a total of eighteen Tristars. This one was also used by Eastern Airlines and was almost brand new when Air Canada took delivery for the first time in May 1973. The aircraft’s operation see-sawed between the two airlines until 1987 when the aircraft was leased to Air Transat. It was retired and scrapped in 2002.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, NG Model, Phoenix Models, JC Wings and Aviation400.
