Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale American Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-83N984TW (83003) by NG Models.
Delivered new to TWA in December 1999, this MD-80 series aircraft was the last ever built. It passed to AA in December 2001 and was also significant in being the last MD-80 to fly with AA being retired in September 2009.
This model air-plane is made from die-cast metal and includes extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Phoenix Models, NG Models and Aviation400.
