Up for sale is a brand new 1:400 scale Singapore Airlines Boeing 747-200 9V-SQO (EW4742002) by JC Wings.
Singapore Airlines original fleet of 747’s was the early -200 variant of which they had 22 airframes. This aircraft was delivered new in June 1980 and was with the airline until June 1991. It went on to fly with JAL and Orient Thai. It was converted to a freighter for JAL in 1991 and ended it’s days with MK in the UK before being scrapped in about 2010.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, NG Model, Phoenix Models and Aviation400.
